Start with a Workflow X-Ray.
A fixed-price, two-week look at where your week goes, with one working automation at the end, not a slide deck.
Map
A 60-minute walkthrough of real work, plus a few days of simple time tracking, shows exactly where the hours go.
Automate
You pick one high-value task from a ranked plan. I build it in the tools you already use, and it runs only with your approval.
Prove
After 30 days, a short report shows what the automation did, the time it saved, and anything that went wrong.
What you get
- A one-page map of how the work flows today
- A time ledger of the hours spent on repetitive work
- A ranked plan of automation opportunities, with estimated hours saved each month
- One working automation, set up in your own accounts
- A 30-day proof report and a clear next step
What it takes from you
- A short intake questionnaire
- A 60-minute walkthrough with the people who do the work
- Read-only access to the tools involved
- A 30-minute plan review and a 30-minute check-in a month later
Simple, fixed prices.
Workflow X-Ray
Map, measure and rank your repetitive work, with one automation built and a 30-day proof check.
Automation build
A bigger multi-step workflow in your tools, with approval steps, testing, staff training and 30 days of fixes.
Care plan
Monitoring, a monthly report of what each automation did, fixes, and one small improvement a month.
Workshop
90 minutes for your team or association: find where the hours go, see live demos, and learn the safety rules.
Founding clients: the first three X-Rays are $1,500 instead of $2,500, in exchange for a short case study published only with your written approval.
What if the AI gets it wrong? You approve first.
Nothing reaches a customer without your OK
Every automation that sends a message, changes a customer record or touches money waits for a person you name.
Your accounts stay yours
Everything is built inside the tools you own. You pay for any subscription directly, and you keep it all.
Least access, for the shortest time
Read-only where possible, through user invitations rather than shared passwords. All access is removed when we finish.
Every run is logged
You can see what each automation did, and pause it in one step. A written data-handling policy is part of every agreement.
Owner-run businesses where the admin never ends.
If your week disappears into follow-ups, quotes, scheduling, data entry or reports, and you'd rather spend it on the work itself, an X-Ray is built for you.
Hi, I'm Braden.
I've spent ten years in business performance, operations and digital health, building the operating cadences, KPI reporting and process automation that connect decisions to the work people actually do. I studied biomedical engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
On my own time I build practical systems: voice capture that turns spoken notes into tasks, dashboards, and woodworking and low-voltage electronics projects. Fisk Works brings that same approach to local businesses: measure first, automate carefully, and prove it worked.
Frequently asked
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. Automations are built in the tools you already pay for. If a new tool would help, you'll know the monthly cost before anything is bought, and it's bought in your name.
What if an automation makes a mistake?
Anything that reaches a customer or touches money waits for your approval, so mistakes get caught before they go out. Every run is logged, and each automation can be paused in one step.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It lives in your accounts, and you get a one-page guide explaining what it does and how to pause it.
How much of my time does an X-Ray take?
About two hours over two weeks: a 60-minute walkthrough, a 30-minute plan review, and a 30-minute check-in a month later, plus a short questionnaire.
Do you work on site?
Yes. The walkthrough happens where the work happens, anywhere in Ventura County. Follow-ups can be remote.
Where does your week go?
A free, 20-minute conversation. No pitch: just an honest look at where the hours go and whether an X-Ray would pay for itself.
